Your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) wins your women for you

Your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) wins your women for you

Winning the hand of the woman you love is probably the most important conquest you will ever boast because no amount of success in the office or the factory can make up for failure at heart.
So how do you go about it?
Being persuasive about anything requires a lot more than just having a lot of IQ. What’s that? Psychologist Daniel Goleman has the answer. He says that it requires EQ – the emotional intelligence. Facts alone do not persuade people. So the IQ has little role to play here. In such circumstances, Goleman says, emotions do. You’re not going to win someone over – whether it’s for a date or for a contract – by the simple recitation of facts. There’s a lot more involved in it than that. How you handle the emotional quotient can make the difference in the outcome.
It is not a war where the weaponry of arguments is to be launched to decimate the other one. In a relational scheme the emotions are to be weighed. One thing or emotion may be given precedence over the other at one particular point of time while at other point of time the order may be just reversed. Nothing is pre-fixed. Emotions are to be worked on in a pragmatic way.
As Daniel Goleman wrote, EQ can matter more than IQ for success in life. We see people all the time who are geniuses, who can’t seem to get it together in the field of human relations. By Goleman’s assessment, IQ accounts for about 20% of one's success on any playing field.
What is Emotional Intelligence? Emotional Intelligence is a group of competencies which, together, allow you to handle your own emotions and those of others, and apply this to create win-win situations.
Handling your emotions? It is really difficult. Particularly when you know them precisely. When you precisely know what your emotions are set for. Is it something like manipulation of sentiments!
Daniel Goleman appears to be arguing something different. In his world, full of material objects the goals are set in terms of material achievements which are to be bought, at any cost paid or to be paid in emotional currency. Get a contract for an emotion of not sending your beloved to the party thrown by the client. Goleman argues this way.
As we say in EQ-land, anger is a good way of knowing what you want, but not a good way of getting it. While I had not really made up my mind about him, he certainly sealed his fate with his response.
But whatever be the arguments for and against the EQ, it has proved itself a great success story. People are earning EQ to earn money.
An EQ can be earned. It can be further developed through a well planned EQ program.we have designed well planned EQ programs depending upon the one’s particular needs. The emotional intelligence program will give you information about how the brain works, where emotions come from, how to manage them, how to identify them in others, how to build resilience, become more flexible, and so forth.
EQ programs by our experts will also address the role of the arts – music, literature, art, and dance to ensure the opening up of new horizons of success and achievements. This EQ program of our experts is an exceptional combination of science and arts. Science, as it has to handle the brain and its working. The Arts as it’s an important avenue to understanding emotion and to whole-brained thinking. The arts provide, and build, effective knowledge and expression of emotion, development of specific important parts of the brain, fantastic stress relief with no bad side effects, and a sort of enrichment that’s hard to put into words.
