PS Malik tells: Why Workouts for Women Fail

Why Workouts for Women Fail

Workouts for women fail because the routine is not something that the woman feels comfortable doing and because the commitment is not there. When you are planning what it is that you want to do, you should start with something that you could commit to and feel comfortable doing. You should look forward to doing your routine. Start out slow and add a few different exercise routines

as you become comfortable with what you are doing.

Start Slow

When you are looking for types of workouts for women, look for things that are easy for you to do. As you develop a regular routine, you can gradually add other exercise routines to your schedule. You should always start out slow so that you do not overwhelm yourself or your body. Whether you want to lose weight

or tone your body, you want to start slow. Exercising should not be a chore, but rather a time when you energize the body.

Workout Routine

Workouts for women should not be intense in the beginning. If you body is not used to exercise, especially the exercises that you have chosen to do, you have to start out slow and add time gradually. If you were to start out full speed ahead, you are going to be sore and more than likely, you will not want to do it ever again. Allow the body to become accustom to what you are doing before adding time to your workout.

You can join a fitness center or plan an exercise routine to do at home. No matter what it is you decide to do, workouts for women should include warm ups and cool downs. This is important for the body. You do not want to start your workout without warming up the body first.

Keep a time available every day to workout. For women, this is harder because they have so much to do. However, chose a time when you will be alone with no other distractions and commit that time for a workout every day. In no time, you will be looking forward to being alone and exercising. It will make you feel as if you have more energy as well.
